Leadership Development Book Club
ASHT's Leadership Development Committee invites you to a free book club event to discuss The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni.
July 23, 2025 | 8 p.m. ET
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team outlines five key problems that hinder team performance: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability and inattention to results. Overcoming these dysfunctions requires building trust, fostering open communication and honest discussion, achieving buy-in on decisions, holding each other accountable and prioritizing team outcomes over individual agendas.
Participants will earn 1 CE hour for this event.
