Cancellation Policy

We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent participants from attending the program. We kindly request that participants adhere to the following:

  • Cancellation of participation in the program up to two weeks prior to the start of the program (March 1) will result in a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after this established date (February 15, 2025). It is the responsibility of the participant to notify ASHT of cancellation in writing to jercolino@asht.org. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of notification.
  • Consideration for others: As our program often has limited capacity and high demand, we encourage participants to cancel their registration promptly if they are unable to attend. This allows us to possibly offer the opportunity to other interested individuals.
  • No-shows: Participants who fail to attend the program without prior notification may be ineligible for the full total of continuing education hours and/or future participation, as this prevents others from benefiting from the opportunity.
  • In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, ASHT will provide a full refund of the program fee to all participants.

Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change at the discretion of ASHT. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us deliver a successful leadership development experience.
