Dr. Reese has been a licensed OT since 1997. She has been a certified hand therapist since 2005 and is also a certified ergonomic assessment specialist. Her current practice area is specialized in hand therapy; however, she has provided OT services in a variety of settings and populations including inpatient, outpatient, early intervention, pediatrics, home health and hospice care.
Dr. Reese received her PhD in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Her dissertation research used single subject methodology to explore ergonomic programming for cosmetologists. She has been an invited and accepted speaker at state, national and international conferences. Dr. Reese’s research interests include ergonomics, occupation-based hand therapy and interprofessional education.
