Hilton Gottschalk, MD

Dr. Gottschalk is a dual board certified pediatric orthopedic surgeon and hand surgeon at Central Texas Pediatric Orthopedics. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed his internship and orthopedic residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Gottschalk completed two fellowships, one in pediatric orthopedics at Rady Children’s Hospital / University of California, San Diego and a hand fellowship from Loyola University Medical Center in Illinois.

Dr. Gottschalk serves as Chief of Pediatric Orthopedics at Dell Children’s Medical Center and is one of the founding members of the Dell Children’s Hand and Upper Extremity Program. He is involved with multiple organizations, both local and international, caring for children who have hand and upper extremity difficulties and distinctions.
