Parking
Hotel Guests
Complimentary parking is available for participants staying at the Ayres Hotel Orange. The hotel is within walking distance (5 minutes) of UC Irvine Medical Center
Non-Hotel Guests
For those not staying at the Ayres Hotel Orange, you may park in the Medical Center Visitor Parking structure (Building 73), located on the corner of Dawn and Pavillion Way. This garage is within short walking distance to Building 53-001 and Building 22A.
Friday Parking:
On Friday, the parking fee is $16 for all day parking. There is no discounted parking offered on Friday.
Saturday & Sunday Parking:
On Saturday and Sunday, discounted parking of $4 per day is available for course attendees. To take advantage of the discounted parking rate of $4 per day on Saturday and Sunday, please print out the parking pass shown below. You must present this pass to the parking attendant each day as you leave the Medical Center Visitor parking structure (Building 73). There are two passes on the printout (for Sat and Sun); please cut the paper in half so you have both passes.

Food and Beverage
The Friday course day will include a PM snack break. The Saturday and Sunday course days will include continental breakfast, AM coffee break and PM snack break. Lunch will be on your own. The UCI full-service dining hall is located off the main lobby of the hospital and is within walking distance of both buildings. The dining hall offers many food options. There are also some local options for lunch that are within walking distance. Detailed information on lunch options will be provided during the course introduction.
Dress
Dress is casual. For your comfort and convenience, please plan to bring a reusable water bottle and an additional layer of clothing (sweather or sweatshirt).
