Jodi Moore, OTD, OT/L, CHT

Jodi currently resides in San Diego, CA with her husband. She has over 18 years of experience in providing specialty therapy to numerous hand and arm injuries. She also has a published article in the Journal of Hand Therapy for a brace she designed.

Currently, Jodi works at the University of California in San Diego in the outpatient Hand Therapy Department. Prior to moving to California, she worked at Duke University and treated North Carolina and Duke’s first hand transplant patient.

In 2014, Jodi received her clinical doctorate from Rocky Mountain University. A capstone project was a requirement for graduation. The Upper Extremity Institute Online Study Group program is her capstone project. She desired to create a program that would make it easier for therapists to learn about hand therapy and to provide educational materials for those mentoring therapists wanting to become hand therapists.
