Group Membership Application

In an effort to promote organizations supporting employee membership, ASHT now has a group membership program available to clinics, hospitals, institutions and companies. The group membership tier is designed to provide a cost savings for multiple members (minimum of three) from the same organization. Simplify the membership process by managing all your Group members' renewals under one umbrella account and one organizational payment, reducing administrative hassles. 

To qualify for the Group tier, your organization must meet the following criteria:

  • All members must qualify for membership within one of ASHT's established categories
  • Have a minimum of three (no maximum) members from your organization joining the Group

Group Levels

  • Tier 1: Minimum of 3 members - 7% total discount
  • Tier 2: 4 to 9 members - 10% total discount
  • Tier 3: 10 to 19 members - 15% total discount
  • Tier 4: 4 to 20+ members - 20% total discount

Membership Categories

Note: Those enrolled in the group membership tier are not eligible for additional membership category discounts (e.g. multiyear membership).

After submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation email from ASHT. Member Services will be in touch within 3-5 business days with a final invoice and additional information.
