Webinar Description:
This webinar will focus on the skills that are required to safely return athletes to play following injuries to the upper extremity. A four-stage approach to the athlete's rehabilitation will be presented with case videos included to consolidate learning. There will be emphasis on the sport-specific approaches addressing the kinetic chain, movement assessment, neurocognitive skills, functional training and return to play programming.


Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, participants will:

  1. Describe a sport-specific kinetic chain evaluation to direct upper extremity rehabilitation for the injured athlete
  2. Apply a movement assessment to develop sport-specific training to return athletes to play
  3. Utilize functional and neurocognitive training to safely return athletes to play
  4. Develop a return to play process for their patients

Attendees earn 1.0 contact hour or 0.10 CEUs
