Learning Objectives:
At the end of the presentation, participants will be able to:

  1. By the end of this presentation, the attendee will be able to describe two measurable therapy goals for patients with a pollicized digit.
  2. By the end of this presentation, the attendee will be able to determine two relevant precautions associated with early post-op therapy treatment following a pollicization.
  3. By the end of this presentation, the attendee will be able to list three treatment strategies for promotion of tip to tip pinch with the pollicized digit and one other digit.
  4. By the end of this presentation, the attendee will be able to formulate a therapy treatment protocol outline.

Pediatric Case Reviews Description:
The Pediatric Case Reviews is a series of monthly live online case presentations of pediatric upper extremity diagnoses. Each month a case will be presented to include a brief description of the diagnosis, objective findings, and therapeutic interventions. The presenter will also discuss their clinical decision-making process and how they navigated any challenges.
