Michael Nancollas, MD & Lynn Festa, OTR, CHT, CDWF

Dr. Nancollas is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon with a subspecialty certification in hand and upper extremity surgery. He has been in private practice for over 25 years, originally in New York State and now in Massachusetts.

Dr. Nancollas received his medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo, where he also completed an orthopaedic residency and hand surgery fellowship. He has lectured internationally on topics ranging from wrist fracture management and thumb arthritis to interpreting radiographs.

Lynn has been a CHT since 1995 and has been a clinician in a variety of settings for over 30 years. She has presented at multiple ASHT annual meetings as well as internationally. Topics have included rehabilitation of hand injuries as well as building resilience and limiting burnout for health care professionals.

Lynn is a hand therapist and a clinical consultant at Berkshire Hand to Shoulder Center, and is the owner of Health Professional Coaching, LLC.
