At the end of the presentation, participants will be able to:

1. Describe the functional role of the spinal accessory nerve in shoulder function.
2. Recognize early signs and symptoms of a nerve injury following a surgical procedure.
3. Discuss surgical and rehabilitation management of spinal accessory nerve injuries.
4. Identify key therapy interventions that promote scapular stability, motor recovery, and participation following nerve repair.

Pediatric Case Reviews Description:
The Pediatric Case Reviews is a series of monthly live online case presentations of pediatric upper extremity diagnoses. Each month a case will be presented to include a brief description of the diagnosis, objective findings, and therapeutic interventions. The presenter will also discuss their clinical decision-making process and how they navigated any challenges.
