Calling all ASHT clinicians, researchers and educators! Submissions to present at the 2022 Annual Meeting will be open from December 16, 2021 through February 4, 2022. You are personally invited to share your gifts with our community via Pre-Conference Institute (4 hours hands-on lab) or educational session (30-minute, one-hour or two-hour) submission to our new submission platform.
This year’s theme is Connecting Forward, Embracing Change. Our goal is to highlight engagement in hand and upper extremity care through clinical application of research and how we share insights with the next generation of practitioners.
So, do you have a special approach or new technique that really works for your patients? Have you found a solution through your own research or years of practice? Are you mentoring a therapist who is ready for primetime? Whatever you can share with ASHT, please speak up! We would love to hear about it.

Submitting your proposal for the 45th Annual Meeting is simple:
- Create an account on the Call for Sessions submission site
- Select the "Call for Sessions" tab
- Click the "Create New Proposal" button and begin
- Once finished, click submit
An email notification will be sent once the proposal is submitted. You can continue to make changes to your session proposal before the deadline by returning it to draft status. Please direct any questions or concerns to meetings@asht.org.
