Podcast Episode Description

Sponsored by Gripz

This episode of Hands in Motion is sponsored by Gripz. Gripz, LLC is a small company of two seniors who believe that people can maintain their independence and creativity without hand discomfort. Our devices enable users to comfortably grip tools while eating, writing, painting, crocheting, and more. Our devices are multi-use and durable, and designed to fit a range of tool sizes.

On this episode, we are joined by Lauren DeTullio and Preston Lockwood, both occupational therapists and Certified Hand Therapists who serve on the ASHT International Committee. They share with us the work that the committee is doing to spread knowledge of hand and upper extremity therapy across the globe and specifically about a recent trip to Columbia where they had the opportunity to present didactic and hands-on education.
