Macon O'Bryan, OTR/L, CHT has worked in the Oxford and Batesville areas since 2001. Joli Nichols, OTR/L joined the clinic in 2011. Ashlee Davidson, OTR/L joined the clinic in 2024.

Batesville Hand and Upper Extremity Clinic is a private, therapist-owned outpatient clinic. We treat conditions and injuries of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. We also perform functional capacity evaluations and pre and post offer employment testing.
