We all learn more as we interact and learn from each other. The leadership of ASHT has been striving to engage a diverse and varied pool of member volunteers within our divisions and committees. As part of a strategy to develop leadership, we've aimed to provide wrap-around resources within our society.
As such, ASHT recently created the Emerging Leaders e-Community group. This forum is intended for ASHT members to learn more about leadership within ASHT at all levels, share volunteer opportunities and facilitate conversation among members in order to further their careers as leaders in the hand therapy community.
We hope this will be an interactive space to current and future leaders where you can gain leadership skills through the resources provided. We encourage members to ask questions about leadership in general and what it means to volunteer and lead within ASHT.
